The head coaches of Indiana Bulls teams are selected by the Executive Director and approved by the Board of Directors. The head coaches are screened for baseball knowledge, coaching experience, and commitment to developing players. The head coaches, in turn, select assistant coaches and players. All coaches, both head coaches and assistants, are REQUIRED to submit a background check and take online child protection training. The Bulls use ChekCoach to ensure our coaches are informed of their responsibilities to protect all players.
